It is a goal of ours at By Kat Deluca to always strive towards ethical and sustainable products and workplace practices.

Here is a little bit more on how we continue to work towards this...

Ethical and safe working practices are of the upmost importance for us. All of our garments are sourced from companies that have been individually audited by accredited agencies such as the W.R.A.P (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) Board to ensure their Ethical and Child Labour Free practices. In addition our partners must comply with the Amfori BSCI supply chain expectations which include open and transparent social-related practices across the entire supply chain journey. The majority of our suppliers are participants in the Bangladesh Accord which is an agreement that helps ensure safe a safe workplace.

All of our garments are hand printed using a heat press machine and are made to order. This helps the environment by not having excess stock sitting in warehouses that may never be sold. As garments are made to order there can be approximately 1 week turn around time, depending on the number of orders. Please let us know if there are any issues regarding the turnaround time of your order.

Reducing overall plastic consumption is very important to us. All of our garments are delivered in post-packs that are 100% plant-based and compostable.

We are constantly working with our suppliers to source more organic clothing options. This is still a work in progress. We are committed to moving towards 100% organic clothing options in the near future.
